2. Scope of Services

Vesmarin provides three categories: Custom Notarial Services, Information Products, and Tangible Goods.

2.1 Custom Notarial Services

These include document preparation, legal certification, and digital authentication tailored to your requirements.

2.2 Information Products

This category covers downloadable guides, templates, and training materials related to notarial processes.

2.3 Tangible Goods

These are physical items such as seals, stamps, and consumables.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Custom Notarial Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no substantive work has commenced. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment medium within 14 days of approval. Alternatively, you may opt to transfer your service to another valid project or date at no extra fee.

3.2 Information Products

Digital products may be refunded within 14 days of download if there is a technical defect. After the defect is reviewed and confirmed, you will receive a full refund within 10 days of confirmation.

3.3 Tangible Goods

Physical items may bed or refunded within 30 days of receipt if damaged or defective. We will provide shipping labels at our cost to send the defective items back, and refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the shipped items.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain expedited or on-demand services that require immediate allocation of specialist personnel are non-refundable due to the custom nature and resource planning involved. These include same-day notarizations and on-site visits scheduled within 48 hours of request.

5. Service Modifications and Transfers

You may request to modify or transfer a service at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees if the scope significantly changes. Service transfers are free of charge if the new request matches the original scope.

6. Disclaimer

Vesmarin does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or limit services for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.
